Abdikani is an experienced data analyst, having contributed to projects at Sendy and UNDP. He's currently pursuing a Master's in Data Science at UEL, focusing on Geospatial Analysis and Predictive Modeling in the context of energy and climate resilience.
Alexandre is an EDS professional with over 12 years experience in the energy sector in West and Central Africa. He previously served as Group Head of Credit Risk and Strategy at d.light in Côte d’Ivoire where he was responsible for a portfolio of $130+ million in consumer financing for 1+ million people.
Christine has 25+ years of experience in decentralized energy enterprise development and finance, strategy, and partnerships. She previously served as Senior Advisor to Sustainable Energy for All, co-founder and CEO of E+Co, and a Director of SELCO India.
Dan has 20+ years experience working in over 30 African countries. Prior to founding Catalyst, he co-founded Côte d'Ivoire’s first PAYGo solar company, and spent 15 years at the World Bank in a variety of operational roles.
Prior to Catalyst, Henry worked for Fenix International and ENGIE Energy Access in market expansion, business strategy and project management roles that saw him support the launch of Fenix Côte d’Ivoire, and work on the design and implementation of the ENGIE Energy Access integration.
Itoro is an interdisciplinary engineer with 7 years of experience, including 3 as an automotive engineer & EV analyst and 4 as a renewable energy researcher & consultant. She has experience supporting the U.S. DOE and USTDA in renewable energy & e-mobility rollout in the U.S., Latin America & sub-Saharan Africa.
Jennifer is a multifaceted engineer with expertise in energy and the environment. She has over 5 years of experience in project management and education. Before joining Catalyst, she was an energy researcher at the International Energy Agency (IEA) focusing on the energy transition in emerging economies.
Kaluba previously worked for the Solar Industry Association of Zambia. She was a board member representing SolarAid and during which time she also worked alongside the Ministry of Energy represented by the Off Grid Task Force, the Africa Clean Energy program and the Southern Africa Energy Program.

powering impact cultures, strategic differentiation, and multi-stakeholder action agendas across the
corporate, non-profit, and public sectors.

Prior to launching Nataij Group, she served as the Results Based Management Coordinator at the Global Environment Facility (GEF).

Esmeralda is an energy engineer and economist with over 10 years of experience managing and developing energy projects in Sub-Saharan Africa including market analysis, financial modelling for the design of the reverse auction mechanism, evaluation of proposals and due diligence for two RBF programmes totalling €148m (Modern Cooking Fund for Africa and Beyond the Grid Fund).

Evan is a business strategist with broad experience in emerging markets, clean energy, and the technology industry. He co-founded energy efficiency startup Incenergy and helped launch Asha, a Nairobi-based software startup company.
