Catalyst Advisory is a privately held mergers and acquisitions firm founded in 2005, with offices in Florida, Texas, and Oregon.  Our clients are typically private, low-middle market companies seeking to sell their businesses or acquire their competitors, and investors with a specific criteria ready to make acquisitions.

We have completed transactions across a wide spectrum of industries, however, our focus and main area of expertiese is in the healthcare, high tech, and consumer staples sectors.
